Terms & Conditions
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Clause:
- By participating in this art competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, judging the artwork, and promoting the event.
- Personal information collected may include participants’ names, contact details, age, and any other information provided during the submission process.
- The organizers will take reasonable measures to safeguard participants’ personal data and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information by contacting the organizers in writing.
- By submitting their artwork, participants agree to the terms outlined in this PDPA clause.
Entry Agreement:
- Each artist agrees that, at the sole discretion of Greenphyto Pte Ltd (hereafter ‘Greenphyto’), winning entries may be used, reproduced, in whole or in part and incorporated into any Greenphyto material(s) that may be distributed publicly.
- Greenphyto will contact winning entries to sign over IP agreement rights. Winning entries may still be used by the artist for non-commercial purposes. Non-selected entries will wholly belong to the artist and the artist is free to use them for their own purposes.
- Greenphyto reserves the right to use, or decline to use, any work submitted. By submitting your entry, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any entry that does not agree to these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
